Booking and Payment Terms

When you book our catering services, the following terms apply:

• All bookings require a signed service agreement and deposit payment
• Deposits are typically 30-50% of the total service cost
• Final payment is due before or on the day of service
• Prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT
• Additional charges may apply for special dietary requirements or last-minute changes
• Travel fees may apply for events outside our standard service area

Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellation and modification terms vary based on the size and complexity of your event:

• Cancellations more than 14 days before the event: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Cancellations 7-14 days before the event: 50% refund of total cost
• Cancellations less than 7 days before the event: No refund
• Menu modifications can be made up to 7 days before the event
• Guest count changes must be confirmed 48 hours before the event
• Force majeure events will be handled on a case-by-case basis

User Obligations

When using our website and services, you agree to:

Customers are responsible for informing their guests of any potential allergens in the menu. We will provide ingredient lists upon request but cannot be held liable for allergic reactions.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Austria, with venue in Villach, Carinthia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
